This 1998 Bear Marquis 40' is price to sell Fast! This 1998 is powered with one of the best engines ever in a RV Cat C-12 455 Hp engine. Has No slide out rooms. These Marquis drive really well and tons of power to get up hills.  Has 73,298 miles. No slide rooms but lots of storage and a really nice floor plan.  The cabinets do have a cloudy haze that were probably cleaned with some type of chemical.  This is just a disclosure from us that this coach is nice but not in great shape as far as the cabinets are concerned.  Everything else has been well maintained by the owner.  We have this coach priced to sell quick.  So if you're looking fora 40 footer with lots of power, give us a call.
