RV Description

Original owner, excellent condition; San Antonio, TX

  • Pre-COVID build
  • Non-smokers, pet free
  • No leaks-ever
  • Always stored in fully enclosed unit
This trailer has been a treasure and created great memories + unplugged time! As our kids have grown and gotten busier, we are just not using it as frequently. The floor design was great for our family of 5. We started with 2 children in 1 double bunk and 1 child in the 2nd double bunk and then shifted to dropping the dinette, so each kid had their own bed. The queen converts to a couch to provide seating while the kids sit at the dinette. There is a cubby on each side of the queen headboard w/ an outlet and USB ports. The furnace kept us warm during winter in the N of TX and AC kept us cool in the blistering summers of central Texas. The shower was always welcome at the end of a day of hiking and at 6’1” – even Dad had no issues standing straight up. We often cooked breakfast using the outside kitchen (bacon wafting across the campground) and used the outside refrigerator (1.6 cu. ft.) as storage for drinks or snacks. For rainy days, the TV w/ DVD player and the microwave for popcorn created family movie nights.

Just add food, towels, and sheets for the kids! Comes with:
  • Basic kitchen setup
  • Queen sheets, original spread, 4” foam Sealy topper
  • 20 Lynx leveling blocks
  • Anderson Camper Leveler
  • X-Chocks
  • Ground mat
  • 5 camp chairs, 2 REI and 3 standard
  • Original power cord & manuals
  • Water hose w/ pressure valve
  • Stinky slinky

Context:
  • UVW: 4,760lbs (we weighted it straight from new pickup and the scale weight was 4,780lbs).
  • Everything working as intended (w/one exception – the LED lighting strip above the queen bed was damaged when we installed the cellular antenna.
  • Note: Nov 2020, passenger rear hub burnt out due to suspected insufficient grease from factory. Entire axle and hub was replaced by Dexter under warranty. No issues since.
  • Goodyear Endurance tires (6-7/32 tread)
  • Sunshade awning like new as we rarely used it
