I'm the original owner and this van has been babied.
It's only been used for camping for two nights. I use this van to get to my vacation spot then use an Air B&B.
The A/C works great and only used once. The shower has never been used. The cassette toilet has been used for only liquid. No paper or solids.
Cook top has been used twice. Works great. The frig keeps things really cold and has never had any issues. Actually, if it's turned up too high it will freeze things.
All oil & fluid changes has been made as well as tire rotation.
The bed and passenger back seat has custom made sheets.

The tire pressure gauge stopped working after the last tire rotation but I never needed it so I have ignored it. I check the pressure regularly.

All new coach batteries have been installed in early March. A new chassis battery was also installed.
When they installed the new batteries it made the ceiling fan stop working correctly.
The electric circuit piece to replace it is $77. Just 4 screws to install. I decided not to replace it since I reduced the price. It still works, you just need to put the fuse back in.
