Unit is in great condition. Has auto leveling, electric over hydraulic. Has some wear and tear but overall is perfect! 3rd AC was an add on, has moryde steps on both front and back door, upper bunk bed has actual matress, comes with 22" blackstone and most things that are needed for camping. comes with 50amp surge protector. Couch is starting the RV peel but still in good condition. Has Reese Goosebox so it hooks up to gooseneck ball and not 5th wheel hitch. Many more.
