I have had unit for two years, I am second owner.  I have camped mostly on a membership campground.  It is excellent condition. I had new tires installed last year and I had a new couch installed last year and new cushion covers this year. It sleeps eight there are no leaks and no issues with any thing on the unit. I have a new trifold mattress for the front bunk. It has stereo, Tv, air conditioning, retractable awning. It has one slide, which creates a great amount of space inside.
