RV Description

We are currently selling our 2003 Lazy Daze (Ford E450) 26.5 Mid Bath model with 101k miles on it. We bought this Lazy Daze in 2022 (three owners) and upgraded numerous items throughout. RV has been painted black to replace the faded blue. I’d say the paint is an 8.5/10. RV does have solar (already with the RV prior to us purchasing it). Tires are approximately six years old, but do have plenty of tread. My wife and I remodeled the RV when we got it.
The following items have been replaced within the last year: All batteries (engine and house), Hellwig front and rear sway bars, Safe-T-Plus steering control, Koni shocks, Sumo springs, fuel pump, fuel filter, coils, spark plugs, air filter, RecPro 15,000 BTU AC and Heat unit (kept RV cool for several weeks in Las Vegas summer), two MaxxAir Maxxfan Deluxe units with remote and thermostat, high end upholstery including the pull out bed, front bucket seats and Lovesac piece (with storage underneath), 5 Star RV tuner, Dometic toilet, Magne Shade covers for all windows, new interior paint throughout, roof resealed, generator starts right up every time, generator has a new carburetor, spark plug, and air filter, oil changes and other maintenance done on time, RV was professionally aligned after new suspension parts. RV runs and handles great, I’m sure I’m forgetting several other items.
The RV is also set up for a toad. We towed a 2006 Honda CRV behind it with no issues whatsoever. I currently have a Roadmaster Sterling All Terrain Non-Binding Tow Bar and hitch, Roadmaster Direct Connect Base Plate, and 8700 InvisiBrake setup inside the Honda CRV. The RV is completely setup to connect the vehicle to all lights.
I’m not listing the Honda CRV for sale, but I’m also not against selling it with the RV if it makes sense for both parties. Obviously we’ll never get the money back that we put in, but that’s ok, I’d like it to go to someone who can enjoy it.
