UPDATED 5/16.  EDITED OR ADDED TEXT (SEE CAPS). Workhorse Chassis, 8.1L Vortec V8, Allison 5sp Trans. Owned 10 years, 3rd owner, we’ve put on 43,000 miles during our ownership.  Sold new at Roy Robinson RV in Marysville, WA. We purchased from Country Motorhomes in Mt. Vernon, WA.  This has been our AZ "snowbird" home in the winter. We tow a Saturn Vue SUV. Regularly serviced at Advanced Automotive in Shelton, WA. Mechanically sound. The V8 typically requires the addition of 1 qt oil every 1000-1200 miles. USING 15-40 SYN.  Long-term avg fuel consumption @7.0 mpg. Has Banks power pack installed. Michelin tires are 9 years old currently showing no checking. One replaced 11/23 due to road hazard damage. Is stored in our community rv storage lot w/power, we have used cover in decent shape. Exterior graphics deteriorating, fiberglass needs buffing/polishing/waxing but no damage. A good "ten footer" in appearance. Interior is in exceptionally clean condition, no leak damage, no rips/tears or stains or odd odors, we have no pets and are non- smokers. All flooring has been upgraded professionally by Dave & LJ in Woodland, WA. The bedroom tv has been removed and space converted to storage. Front tv replaced with HD flat screen. Standard cable connection or "batwing" antenna. The basement heat pump, propane furnace, elec/propane water heater, propane cooktop/oven, microwave oven and propane/elec refrigerator all function well. Onan generator functions nicely. Kitchen and bathroom sinks and shower all clean and in good shape. Fresh water and black water systems in good operating condition. HWH operated slide-outs and levelers function well. Electric awning is original and in good shape. Electric entry step needs attaching bracket welded to better secure but operates nicely. Have all receipts and records for our ownership, a few from since new. Have all owner manuals and original factory spec sheet. FRESH L.O.F. SERVICE.  F/R BRAKE CHECK SHOWS GOOD LIFE @ 60%.  NEW DASH A/C COMPRESSOR INSTALLED.  New heat pump air filters and Everpure water filter installed.
After many years of rv'ing we have purchased a home in AZ to continue our snowbird activities. This coach does come with some equipment, fluids, bedding, linens, utensils, pots and pans, etc. It is being sold ”As Is”. This is a nice coach that is roadworthy and very livable and has been used regularly. It is not a cheap "park on the street" live in alternative so if that's what you are looking for this is not the coach for you.  It needs is a little exterior tlc and probably new tires in the next year or two.
