2020 Anthem 44W

The 2020 Anthem is the best bang for the buck! The 2020 has significant upgrades over the 2019 like 17,000 lb front axle to a 20,000 lb front axle, larger tires all around, EZ-Steer, 360 degree camera system, and much more. The 2021 was virtually unchanged with some minor upgrades but midyear models and later are COVID coaches and although Entegra is better than most, they suffered in quality but you will still pay more than buying a 2020. In 2022 and newer, due to COVID supply chain issues, Entegra went from two 3000 watt inverters to one!. It makes a difference. They also replaced the 12,500 Kw generator with a 10,000 Kw. This along with the Inverter is a huge downgrade.

Why are we selling? My parents have gotten to that age where they need a lot of extra help which makes it impossible for us to do our winter florida trips and weekly getaways. I'm afraid we are home bound for the forseable future. This coach needs to be used, not sit in the garage wasting away.

Why buy this Anthem? This is a one owner, well kept motorhome. The basement has been modified some for storage and most items stored can be included for the asking price. The modifications can easily be removed.

The interior is still like new and the 44W is one of the most sought after floor plans with it's booth dinette and large kitchen/living space.

The current extended JayPlus Platinum Service Contract can be included at the listed price for an additional $75 transfer fee. This is a $3,500 value. The contract ends on 3/15/26. 60,000 miles.

Included with this motorhome at asking price is a complete camping package. It includes most of what you see in the pictures which are the ladder, table, and grill which all store on the front yard side of the coach as seen in the pictures.
