This unit is under a Mercedes Benz TRANSFERRABLE EXTENDED WARRANTY until 08/18/2026 or 90,954 miles. New awning added 10/13/23 & new front tires added 11/03/23. Oil & oil filter, fuel filter have been changed annually by a Mercedes Benz dealer. Everything included to leave on your maiden voyage the day you pick it up. Extras include: Alcoa aluminum wheels, clear bra on entire hood & front bumper, solar panel, ARB twin air compressor installed under the hood with compressor kit, rear ladder to easily clean solar panel and sky light panels/vents, all linens & dinnerware, all manuals organized in binder with detailed winterization/de-winterization steps, Cummins Onan LP generator, electric stabilizer jacks. A complete detailed walk-through included to new owner(s) by myself, and I am the original owner. The unit is currently winterized, but I will de-winterize to show everything works, and re-winterize so new owner(s) can see the easy 15 minute process while following my winterization steps specific to this RV. This unit is as good as new, if not better since the quality of newer units has dropped.
