Reese adjustable weight distribution hitch with built-in sway control. Replaced the one deep cycle AGM battery with two new lithium 100 amp hour, 12 volt batteries to easily handle power needs for boondocking. Also includes a pedestal mounted AC surge protector with SOFT START so that a small 3000 watt inverter generator will handle all your power needs to include the 15000BTU air conditioner. Has a rear mounted camera with monitor to make backing and driving much easier. Replaced the original TV with a smart TV and will include a Dish antenna and receiver. Replaced original 8 ply tires with 12 ply in July 2025. They have less than 1000 miles on them. Owned by an elderly couple and has been washed and ceramic coated. Kept in a covered storage facility. Cleaner than purchased. Dry weight is 5030 pounds and can be towed with a half ton pickup. Made one 1000 mile trip with a RAM 1500 with no issues. There are no leaks or soft spots in floors.
