Replaced the one deep cycle AGM battery with two new lithium 100 amp hour, 12 volt batteries to easily handle power needs for boondocking. Also includes a pedestal mounted AC surge protector with SOFT START so that a small 3000 watt inverter generator will handle all your power needs to include the 15000BTU air conditioner. Has a rear mounted camera with monitor to make backing and driving much easier. Replaced the original TV with a smart TV and will include a Dish antenna and receiver. Owned by an elderly couple and has been meticulously maintained. Kept in a covered storage facility. Cleaner than purchased and ceramic coated. Dry weight is 5030 pounds and can be towed with a half ton pickup. Made one 1000 mile trip with a RAM 1500 with no issues. There are no leaks or soft spots in floors. An extremely well constructed TT. Floors are two, one inch laminated aluminum panels. City water hoses, storage tanks and sewer hoses have all been cleaned and sanitized. Also includes a new Latch-it sewer macerating pump that has never been used, as well as extra extension cords etc.
