RV service center said chassis, motor, transmission, & rear end, etc was in excellent condition and smog report affirmed good condition of the engine with respect to hydrocarbons.

I am the 3rd owner but have only had it for a few months and put on 310 miles; need to get something smaller for camping in smaller campgrounds. Steam cleaned and sanitized late December 2021. Used only twice in 2022. Has a small cosmetic scar/patch outside on wall next to the entry door; doesn’t leak and can be touched up if desired.
