It is the 38FB2 model with the full bath in the front of the rig, with another half bath located in the main living area. Furnace works great. We have updated the living room to a more modern look instead of the dark brown wood colors. It is now white and light grey. I will post photos of that soon. We will not be painting either bathroom or the master bedroom. I just don't have the time (have a baby on the way and major projects going on inside my home). We have also updated several of the lighting fixtures. It will need a new mattress. The couch and both recliners are approximately a year and a half old. It has a few minor repairs it needs, and I will consider those repairs with all offers. I will let this go for a fair price, but do not low ball me.
