This fifth wheel has been well cared for and is in excellent overall condition. All appliances, slide-outs, plumbing, electrical systems, and air conditioning are currently functioning properly.
During our ownership, the RV was used as a temporary residence for approximately one month and was never used for camping or recreational travel.
Non-smoking and pet-free during our ownership. The interior is clean and well maintained.
Furniture Note: One section of the theater seating has been removed. Seller is willing to provide up to $1,500 toward replacement seating or offer a comparable credit at closing, based on buyer preference.
