2021 North Point 310 RLTS in like new condition.Everything on the unit works and has a new refrigerator. The Goodyear tires were replaced in 2024 all new brakes in 2025. The unit has 2 solar panels on the roof and 2 lithium 200 amp hour batteries. Comes with a 1300 power inverter.The lower storage compartment has a slide out for ease of storage. Has power awnings on both slides. The tuck hitch is a Pull Rite 24k and also includes the mount for a Ram truck with factory puck system mount. The hot water heater is a on demand unit for infinite hot water. The unit also has generator prep with wiring and auto change over along with a third propane tank for the generator. The leveling system is a Lippert Auto Level. It has 2 gray water tanks and a black tank rinse. The microwave is also a convection oven. The television in the living room is on a televator and an electric fireplace also. The theater seats are electric with heat and vibration. No peeling of any kind on the furniture.
