This has been a great trailer for us. We have used it quite a bit and there is some cosmetic wear and tear, but we have also taken great care of it. Bearings were packed in 12/25, New front jacks 2/26, new wheels and tires 2/26, new brakes in 2024 and probably other things that I can't recall. The opposing slides in the living room create a large open entertainment area. The massaging and heated theater seats are directly across from the heat producing fireplace and tv. The bathroom is good size and the 30x48 shower has plenty of room. The bedroom slide creates lots of walk around room for the queen size bed. I removed a king size mattress and installed a queen size with end tables. It would not be difficult to convert back to a king if desired. The full width closet in the front also has hook ups for a washer and dryer. The negatives.....the theater seats are starting to peel which is a common issue with the fake leather they use. There are two small tears in the roof, but they have been properly repaired with eternabond roof tape. There have been no leaks anywhere on the trailer. I have the original pin box if needed and/or I have a curt gooseball for the GM or Ford Puck system. Title in hand.
