Comments:
This well-built 38-foot Class A motorhome is from a period of livable quality motorhomes. It has more than adequate storage capacity with excellent inside & basement storage, and quality personified by real wood cabinets. It served us well during 17 years of full-timing and 8 years of part-time camping.

The buyer of this coach should understand that purchasing a motor home of this age is different from buying a newer model. Continued maintenance and updating opportunities come with it, but the entry price is also dramatically lower than purchasing a newer diesel Class A.
An important note: The roof of this coach was completely rebuilt (5/2025) with new plywood and covered with spray-on low maintenance FlexArmor (transferrable life-time warranty).

Other Things of Note:
One Large galley slide out configuration. Exterior repainted & front covered with Diamond Shield (2012), Upgraded remote controlled ceiling Exhaust Fans in the kitchen and bathroom (5/2025), New Air bags and Shock Absorbers (2025), New House & Starting Batteries (2026), Six New Tires (2026), Back up camera, Hydraulic leveling jacks.
Luxury Vinyl Plank Flooring throughout. FlexSteel leather covered power adjustable front seats. Leather covered J-Sofa with storage underneath, Convertible couch that sleeps one adult, Expandable dinette table with 4 chairs, 2 LED TV's, Sleep Number queen mattress, Bedroom ceiling fan, Bathroom vanity sink with a mirrored medicine cabinet, shower, separate toilet room. Kitchen double sink, Microwave/convection overhead oven, 3-burner propane cook top with attached cover, Washer/Dryer ready, Separate pantry storage cabinet. Lots of Storage Space.
