LOTS of upgrades and extras.
Selling because the spouse got tired of the East-West (sideways) true queen bed. Otherwise we love it.
The 570W of solar panels can keep the batter(ies) charged to run the 12v fridge, lights, and TV indefinitely with good sun. Originally came with only 1 190W panel. Upgraded to a 30A controller.
The upgraded A/C soft start allows it to work on 15A (normal house plug or smaller generator)
Two 20# propane tanks, with Y-fitting to go to your generator or grill. (Originally came with only one 20# tank)
Brand new queen mattress, and the bunks and "table bed" have never been slept on.
Extra flat back couch cushion. We found that not using the curved cushion provides more room. Upgraded the bathroom faucet (original was good for only washing your fingernails) and the shower head. Comes with ShowerMiser to conserve water when boondocking.

New TPMS system included
Dry Weight ~3800
Cargo capacity ~1000
Length 22' 8"
Sleeps 6
Comes with Renogy 100Ah lithium battery. 2 x 280Ah Power Queen negotiable (less than six months). Controller can charge batter(ies) on the tongue as well as a spare battery in the aft storage.
Starlink Mini ready - just plug yours in and attach to the rack mount. It draws power from a 12v cigarette plug inside.
Also comes with the original outdoor grill, levelers, stabilizer and jack wrenches, and 30A power cord. Also severals spare parts: 30A solar controller, slide control, slide motor.
Clean title. No smoking. No rodents.
Quick search show these for $19-26k - but without the extra solar, lithium battery, 2nd propane tank, A/C softstart, Starlink ready, etc. Could also negotiate for a couple of nearly new 280Ah Power Queen lithium batteries ($670 each MSRP).
Currently in winter storage on the Air Force Academy. So easy to see/inspect.
