2021 Jayco Alante 27A, 28,500 miles, priced $7,000 below a clean example because Im upfront about its cosmetic flaws.

I bought this coach in May 2024 to live in full time, but my plans changed. I then ran it as a part-time rental for 15 months, averaging about one booking a month. It became too much to manage alongside my full-time job, so now its time for someone else to enjoy it. Its smoke-free and pet-free, the generator runs great, and I have receipts for all service.

New house batteries: Aug 2026. Two 6V batteries wired in series for about double the dry-camping capacity

Bedroom and bathroom cabinetry was DIY painted. Some cosmetic moisture damage occurred during paint stripping. There was no flooding or water intrusion, and all structures are dry
Stored outdoors in San Diego for the past 2.5 years
