• 2022 ARCTIC FOX GRANDE RONDE 32-5M

Travel in luxury and comfort. Beautiful 1 owner Arctic Fox Grande Ronde 32-5M 5th wheel. Well equipped RV which we have really enjoyed for the last 4 years. We purchased new in October 2022. Very nicely equipped with a 6 way automatic leveling system, MORryde strut assist fold up steps, MORryde shock absorbing pin box, E-Z lube axles with self adjusting brakes, Heavy Duty greaseable suspension with 4 shock absorbers, 16 gallon DSI gas / electric quick recovery water heater, black water flush system, satellite ready, 45 watt solar panel, 15k BTU ducted air conditioning, 2 receiver hitch, electric power chord reel with 50 amp service, outside shower, 4 season insulation package, spare tire stored under rear frame, lots of storage inside and out. Always stored inside our shop when not being used. Excellent condition inside and out. All systems work perfectly. Very stable when towing due to the heavy duty frame designed and built in house by Northwood Manufacturing. Inside is roomy with the opposing slides which allows room for the kitchen island that allows for more counter space and storage area within. Slow rise night shades provide perfect privacy. Comfortable swivel rocking recliner chairs at the rear. The reclining theater seating is very nice with heat, massage and led lighting. 40 smart tv with AM/FM/CD/DVD player with blue tooth and 3 zone speaker system makes for relaxing evenings after an active day or traveling or plenty of seating for entertaining. The 10 cu/ft double fridge / freezer provides plenty of storage for long trips or extended stays. The king size bed has a good quality mattress with storage underneath and a hidden lock box. Large closet provides plenty of storage space and has washer / dryer hookups within. We have really enjoyed this RV during our ownership. We recently retired and are downsizing so we can fit into smaller spaces around the country is the only reason were selling this one. Please reach out for with any questions you may have. Clear title in hand with no lean holders.
