Certified as a single-owner coach, this Sanctuary is built on a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 2500 chassis and powered by a 188 HP Mercedes-Benz 3.0L V6 turbo diesel engine paired with a 7-speed automatic transmission. With its 4X4 capability, up to 5,000-lb towing capacity, and compact size, this coach is ready for road trips, outdoor adventures, and exploring destinations beyond the beaten path.

The Sanctuary 19P makes a bold first impression with its tall stance, black alloy wheels, off-road tires, and top-mounted LED lightbar, giving it a distinctive adventure-ready appearance. Despite its rugged styling, this compact motorhome remains easy to maneuver and park, making it a practical choice for everything from weekend getaways to extended travel. The power-operated 10-foot, 6-inch Thule lateral-arm awning creates a comfortable outdoor living area, while the Thule stowable roof ladder and rear-mounted Thule bike rack add even more convenience for active travelers.

Inside, the Sanctuary offers a thoughtfully designed living space featuring reclining and swiveling leather captian chairs complemented by Radiant Silver cabinetry throughout. The rear electric power sofa provides comfortable seating during the day and converts to a Queen size bed when folded down. A stowable table makes it easy to create a dining or workspace, allowing the rear living area to adapt to your needs and includes a 24 inch flat-screen tv. The efficient floor plan makes excellent use of the available space while providing the essential comforts expected from a premium Class B motorhome.

The mid-coach bathroom features an enclosed shower and cassette toilet, with wardrobe storage conveniently located on the driver's side. Across from the bathroom, the fully equipped galley provides the essentials for preparing meals on the road, including a two-burner cooktop, sink with cover, and storage above and below the countertop. Opposite the galley, a microwave and refrigerator/freezer provide additional convenience for meal preparation and food storage, making it easy to enjoy the flexibility of traveling with your own kitchen. In addition, there is a 30 amp hookup to shore power. When driving or not connected to external power, the RV is powered by a 400Ah lithium battery. The battery is charged by either external power, or by a dedicated alternator while the engine is running.

Camper is equipped with holding tanks, a Single Power Saver A/C, and a combination water heater and furnace.
