LOW-MILEAGE 2008 FOREST RIVER SUNSEEKER 3100SS CAMPING EQUIPMENT INCLUDED

I purchased this RV with approximately 18,000 miles and camped in it for two months during summer 2026. It offers a rear bedroom, a slide-out for additional living space, kitchen, bathroom with shower, and an outdoor awning. An extensive camping package is included.

SYSTEMS & EQUIPMENT

Engine and drivetrain, cab A/C, rooftop A/C, generator, refrigerator on both propane and electric, water heater, water pump, shower, slide-out, and electric entry step are in good working order based on my recent use.

Rooftop A/C replaced November 2022; cools well.
Rear electric stabilizers and LevelMatePRO leveling monitor.
Propane tank filled before storage.

UPDATES DURING MY OWNERSHIP

Updates include the rooftop A/C, water heater, awning fabric, electric entry step, and rear stabilizers. Exterior refreshed, including replacement decals approximately three years ago. Alternator replaced approximately three years ago. Most upgrades were installed by me; purchase records are available.

KNOWN CONDITION SOLD AS-IS

There was previous water damage at the front. I repaired the front marker-light leaks and replaced decking in the front driver-side roof corner. I have not observed roof leaks since that repair, including during my two-month summer stay. However, the roof sealant/coating needs attention.

The overcab area is unfinished storage, not a finished sleeping bunk. Sofa upholstery is peeling, and there is other cosmetic wear. Please review the condition photos.
