• 2022 TRANSCEND 231RK

This Grand Design Transcend 231RK travel trailer is perfect for both weekend getaways and extended stays. The rear kitchen layout is what led us to this specific camper and has proven to be the ideal setup for relaxing and having meals outdoors under the awning as we so often do. The center slide out makes it a very spacious living space for two and can easily accommodate a third person comfortably. The twin recliners are perfect for unwinding at the end of the day in front of the large TV, aka napping. The bedroom has plenty of storage and the queen bed (with the added high-quality mattress topper) is quite comfortable. The shower is actually large enough for an adult to shower very comfortably. The kitchen has plenty of cabinet and drawer space with the stove, oven, refrigerator, and freezer all large enough for extended stays.

This camper is in excellent condition. When not in use for extended periods it has been covered with a FULL RV cover. This was recommended by a camper mechanic as the #1 effective way to maintain excellent condition. It has five new high-quality tires. I will include the 4-point, anti-sway/leveling hitch. This hitch is quick and easy to hook-up and makes towing down the interstates worry free as well as pulling up and down winding mountain two lanes possible with my half-ton GMC. There's also plenty of storage underneath for the stuff you need. The set-up and take-down is a simple process that becomes a routine very quickly.

We love this camper. Its well-designed, built to last, comfortable and versatile.

If you are looking for travel trailer that is simple enough to take to the local state park for the weekend, head to the beach or across the country on vacation or escape for the winter, this is the one.
