RV Description

One Owner - Clean Title - We ordered it new from the factory and have loved every minute!

Bunk House, Sleeps 8 on 4 beds, 29.6ft, GVWR 7600lbs, ~6400lbs empty with solar. If you aren't familiar with Lance, they're exceptionally high quality and what you buy if you like Airstream, but want a slide.

Well maintained - Never any major issues - Stored under a carport

Built for Boondocking Its a steal for a family who wants to camp off-grid.
2000w on the roof and 12.4KWH of heated LiFePO4. Thats roughly the same as 10 standard Battleborn 100ah 12v batteries. Runs the 15k air conditioner 24/7 along with basically everything else if you've got sun.
-20x 100w HQST solar panels on 7 tilting brackets wired 4-Series / 5-parallel.
-2x 240ah at 24v CATL LFP batteries with Overkill Solar BMS, with thermostat heat
-30A Hughes Autoformer/Voltage Booster/Surge Protector - really helps with underpowered campgrounds

All Victron:
-3000w Multiplus Inverter Charger
-150/70 SmartSolar MPPT for the roof array
-150/35 SmartSolar MPPT for up to an additional 1000w of ground-deploy panels
-SmartShunt
-Lynx Distributer
-Cerbo Gx
-GX Touch 50 Display
-12/24-30 Orion DC-DC SmartCharger that can be installed on your truck
-24/12-25 Orion DC-DC Converter
-3 cooling fans on a thermostat using outside cooling air

Installs like this will cost about $20k and 1/3 of your storage space. This was all done without sacrificing ANY usable storage space.

Second Air Conditioner: It has a ZeroBreeze Mark 2 2300 btu portable air conditioner that runs directly off 24v. Once the sun goes down and you've chilled the camper to where you want it, you can turn the primary AC off along with the inverter and this little AC will keep the whole camper cool overnight using only about 200w. It does a particularly good job at keeping the humidity down, so we just let it run all day.
