2019 nuCamp T@B 400 Boondock Lite Fully Refreshed & Custom Off-Grid Solar Setup

Adding answers to a few of the questions I've received to date inline with the descriptive sections.

Selling an exceptionally clean, meticulously maintained 2019 nuCamp T@B 400 Boondock Lite teardrop trailer. I am the second owner of this unit, having purchased it directly from a large, reputable RV dealership that fully serviced, inspected, and certified it. It is in perfect mechanical and structural condition, well-kept cosmetically, and has been thoughtfully upgraded to address the common limitations of factory stock models.

Custom Off-Grid Power & Solar Upgrades: Dual-bank power isolation configured with two separate 200Ah Renogy AGM battery banks (400Ah total capacity) connected via a heavy-duty selector switch. The selector switch allows you to dedicate Bank 1 or Bank 2 for targeted usage and charging. This gives you a built-in backup power reserve and prevents accidental total battery drain while dry camping. Upgraded Renogy charge controller infrastructure featuring accessible external solar inputs, making it effortless to plug in additional portable ground panels.

Recent Component Refreshes & Comfort Additions: New tinted front Window. The factory front windows on early T@B 400 models are prone to scratching and crazing over time as well as were installed with faulty hinges. This front glass is factory-fresh, brand new with the improved hinges, and the tinting is a bonus.

Q: Did you have to replace the window? No, but I knew about the defect as I researched the 2019 model and I realized that the hinge defect would eventually cause the window to disengage, probably at a bad time. Just easier to plan the replacement as part of my upgrades and peace of mind.

Brand New Mattress: Completely clean, upgraded for maximum comfort, and never slept on.

Q: What kind of mattress, did you replace the standard cushions? The cushions are in great shape and are the base for a new gel foam topper (king size that I trimmed to better fit). That's a better description than "a new mattress."

Brand New Google TV: Entertainment center upgraded with a modern smart streaming setup.

Q: How do you stream, is there a Starlink? I stream from my phone, when there was a connection, no Starlink.

Efficient 2-Way Refrigerator: The 12V/120V compressor fridge works perfectly and pairs beautifully with the upgraded 400Ah battery system for extended off-grid cooling without wasting propane.

Integrated Backup Camera: RoHS brand, makes tight parking jobs and solo reversing completely stress-free, also great as an always on rearview when on the road.

Wireless Brake Control: CURT Echo Wireless Brake Control, works really well and super convenient.

Q: How does this work? There's a small device that plugs into the 7 way plug on my vehicle and the trailer connects to that. It's all Bluetooth enabled. An app on my phone allows me to adjust the brake parameters - super easy.

Great Tires: Heavy-duty, deep-tread Boondock-rated off-road tires with excellent life remaining.

Q: What do you tow the trailer with? I have a 2019 Ford Ranger, pulls the trailer really well in the area I camp in (Mississippi, Tennessee, Alabama).

Overall Condition: Everything on this trailer functions perfectly. The Alde hydronic climate/hot water system, 2-way refrigerator, brakes, and leveling jacks are 100% operational. It has minor cosmetic signs of normal camping use as expected with the model year, but it has been kept with immense care (under carport). Zero leaks, zero structural issues, no pet odors, and no smoke.
