Beautiful pre-def, tag axle side radiator. Bought 6 months ago to travel full time dreaming of trip to Alaska, etc. but life makes our changes for us and we have to sell. We've had most everything inspected, repairs done, with a couple things yet needed. All service listed was completed within the last 4 months - we've spent $25,000 on these items. Title in hand.
Engine - 400hp Cummings ISL, all maintenance, oil change, antifreeze, Fuel filter, water separating filter, Oil filter, Air dryer, Hydraulic filter, Farr Rancor air filter, Exhaust manifold gasket, new starter, new batteries, runs perfect.
Allison transmission 6 speed, inspected, runs fine, all air bags, suspension inspected, New house batteries, Magnum inverter, Onan 10k diesel generator 1415 hours - Oil change, all filter - oil, air, fuel, Aqua hot which heats coach, basement, hot water, and engine block - all service, fuel filter, nozzle, anti freeze, New Toyo front steers with Tyron anti blowout system, rear tire inspected have approx. 4 year left, Power gear hydraulic leveling system - all 4 jacks removed and completely rebuilt (over $10,000), one piece fiberglass roof - cleaned/inspected/treated, some seams resealed as necessary, completely hand waxed and detailed paint very good condition, Interior full leather, 1 1/2 baths, all solid cherry cabinetry, new king size Sealy mattress, Plumbed for washer/dryer, recent new canvas on awning. Full basement slide outs. 15,000 lb. towing capacity.
Couple things it still needs - 1 slide out canvas topper, needs Power Gear slide control for main slide. When we left Kentucky to drive to Fl the slide would not go in. Hired mobile RV service, he used plug in remote control to run slide in at a cost of $360. He said control needed replaced and reprogramed. We have over $130,000+ in the coach - we're selling at a huge loss, these are your repairs at this price. Located in Bushnell, Fl. must have apt to see as it's over an hours drive for us.
