DESCRIPTION

2023 Palomino Real-Lite Mini RL-186 travel trailer in excellent condition. Lightweight, easy-to-manage 21'9" camper with a power dinette slide, front Murphy bed/sofa, full rear bathroom, power awning, solar charging system, electric tongue jack, and a substantial package of towing and camping equipment.

This camper has been thoroughly inspected and its major systems were function-tested immediately before listing (October 67, 2026). Additional photos and function-test videos are available to serious buyers.

The front 60" × 80" Murphy bed folds up to create a comfortable sofa during the day (Photos 67), providing considerably more usable living space. The Murphy bed comes with a one-inch memory-foam pad and comforter. There is substantial storage around the bed, including dual wardrobes and overhead cabinets.

The power slide contains the dinette (Photos 1718), which converts into an additional sleeping area (Photo 19). A brand-new mattress pad purchased specifically to fit the converted dinette bed, still sealed in its original packaging, is included.

The full rear bathroom includes a shower, toilet, vanity/sink, storage and ventilation (Photo 16).

The kitchen and living area include a GE 9.8-cu.-ft. 12V compressor refrigerator/freezer, two-burner propane cooktop, microwave, TV and abundant cabinet storage (Photos 8, 15 and 20).

A major value included with the camper is a Husky Center Line TS weight-distribution hitch with integrated sway control, equipped with 600800-lb tongue-weight spring bars (Photo 13).

This is roughly a $600-class hitch system when purchased new and includes the hitch head/ball, adjustable receiver shank, both spring bars, trailer-frame brackets, lift tool, and a new receiver hitch pin and retaining clip.

CAMPING & TOWING EQUIPMENT INCLUDED

A substantial collection of towing and camping equipment is also included (Photo 12), including leveling/chocking equipment, electrical equipment and adapters, freshwater hose and other equipment shown in the photo.

A new 30-amp RV-to-15-amp household electrical adapter is also included.

DOCUMENTATION & OWNER'S BINDER

A comprehensive camper documentation binder is included. In addition to the original RV specification sheet and equipment manuals, the binder contains detailed checklists for pre-trip preparation, campsite setup, breaking camp, recommended tools, must-have camping items, personal gear, and scheduled care and maintenanceincluding items to address before each use and at 3-, 6- and 12-month intervals.

Equipment manuals include documentation for the water heater, furnace, roof A/C, thermostat, propane system/regulator, water pump, sanitation toilet, fire extinguisher, Jensen JWM452 entertainment system, and Conex HD LED TV/monitor, along with other camper documentation.

- Fresh-water system works on both city-water connection and the onboard water pump.
- Both propane cooktop burners and microwave work.
- Power slide extends and retracts properly.

- Plumbing and electrical systems have been function-tested.

WINTERIZED

The camper was winterized on October 8, 2026. All major water and plumbing systems were function-tested and documented immediately before winterization. The water heater was drained, and the existing anode rod was inspected and reinstalled. The plumbing system and water heater should not be operated until the camper has been properly dewinterized and the water heater refilled.

Very clean inside and out. Exterior condition is shown in Photos 15 and 18. Photos show the actual camper and included equipment.
