2022 NuCamp Cirrus 820

Condition: Great / Excellent Condition. We have decided to sell our NuCamp Cirrus 820. There is nothing wrong with this camper and always well taken care of. As reluctant as we are, our lives are changing with grandchildren now in the picture thus limiting travel time. Weve owned this unit for 2 years (we had a 2017 model 820 prior to this one because we loved it so much!). There is NO LIEN on this camper since it is paid in full.

AC & Heating: Alde Heating System (propane/electric heat and hot water), Coleman Mach 8, 13,500 BTU Rooftop Air Conditioner (this AC unit was installed brand new ($2,800) in July 2025 as I replaced the original unit that failed. This AC unit has a SOFT START installed to allow this high-watt appliance to start gently protecting the generator supplied power.
Power & Solar: Roof-mounted solar panel setup (with 2 dedicated outlets to power accessories when boondocking or to conserve generator powered supply) and dual 20 lb propane tanks. Camper accepts both 30 amp and 50 amp shore-power supply

Kitchen: (3-way Norcold Refrigerator (Propane, 12V, 120V), 2-burner propane cooktop and a convection microwave.
Sleeping & Dining Area: Queen-size bed, dinette seating area (which drops down to a bed option), TV (with HDMI input), and an integrated Bluetooth audio system.

Bath: Full bath with toilet, shower, and drop-down sink, with a ceiling power-vent option.

Exterior: Electric rear awning, Manual side awning, roof rack, backup camera (with digital display for the cab), and power jacks.

Additional Added Options: 1) 2 Custom utility boxes added on the rear bumper (I designed the smaller box to fit a Honda EU2200i generator for a viable travel storage option). 2) Soft-Start added to the rooftop AC unit to allow the unit to gradually start protecting the generator supplied electric power. 3) Upgraded the camper access stairs which expand and contract with adjustable feet to accommodate varying elevations and contours. 4) Flagpole (16 telescopic) system to accommodate 2 flags at one time. ($3,000.00 worth of accessories)

Included Accessories: Torklift Fastgun Tie-Downs (4), Shore-power electrical cord, waste-water hose.
