Here is the honest reason why: it came out of a professionally managed rental fleet in Spring, Texas, and it carries fleet miles. If that is a dealbreaker for you, we would rather you know on line three than after a four hour drive.
What you get in exchange is a coach that was maintained on a schedule instead of maintained when somebody got around to it. Every service was done on time by our own shop, and the records come with it.
THE LAYOUT
The 4000 is the one families keep coming back for. Bunks for the kids, a proper king in the back, and two full bathrooms so nobody is waiting in line on a Saturday morning. Nine seat belts, so everybody rides legal.

TITLE AND PAYOFF
Clean Texas title. There is a lien on the coach and the payoff is handled at closing through the bank: payoff letter up front, funds through the lender, title released to you. We have sold coaches before and we are not going to make it complicated. Financing is yours to arrange and we will provide anything your lender asks for.
