GREAT CONDITION AND VERY CLEAN
2017 Winnebago Vista LX 30T with the Ford 6.8L Triton V10. ONLY 5,800 miles and 263 hours!!
Class A, GVWR 18,000lbs, 31 ft, Triple slide outs, All-weather upgrade package, 5,500-watt Cummins Onan generator (120V, 45.8A, gasoline) with 1,311 hours, Trailer hitch receiver, Hydraulic auto-leveling, Powered 19' patio awning, 1,000-watt inverter, Rooftop ACs replaced in 2018 with Mach 8 units (lower profile). Vinyl floor covering throughout, Solar/blackout roller shades on all windows, Two flats screen TV's, Windshield in excellent condition, AC blows cold, 6-way powered drivers seat, Original operators manual as well as the 2-vol. operator's manual supplement and more.
Former fire-department command unit has minimal use. Overall is great condition BUT.... some important items had been removed so it could function as a command unit. This RV can be restored to its original condition with some work. PRICED VERY LOW.
What was changed? The queen bed in the rear bedroom had been removed, and a small table and bench seat were added during the modifications however the cab-over bunk above the drivers seat is still in place and, by the touch of a button, will raise and lower for sleeping. The bathroom is split across the hallway. The shower side was removed and shelving installed in its place, but the plumbing and holding tanks remain. Across the hallway the toilet and sink section is completely original and in working condition. The front slide-out couch was removed and a table installed in its place. With some work all three of these modifications could be restored to its original condition. None of the removed original parts are included with the sale.
Exterior paint is in great condition. The fire-department and command-vehicle vinyl graphics have been removed, leaving minimal shadows in the paint. Remnants of previous fire command vehicle modifications will be visible throughout the RV.
This coach has been regularly serviced and tires with minimal miles. It is priced very low for comparable RVs on the market for a quick sale. Generator and ACs are functional. Title clean.
