Well-kept 2015 Wildcat eXtraLite 312BHX bunkhouse fifth wheel. We are the second owners and have had it since January 2020. It has always been kept under cover, the original owners stored it in a covered facility as well. We arent using it enough anymore and plan to downsize for our next RV so its time for someone else to enjoy it.

Outdoor kitchen with sink, TV, GFCI outlet, LED lighting, and rail storage. Theres a gas fitting right below the counter, ready for a gas griddle or grill.
Pass-through basement and a large exterior storage compartment
Two A/C units, both working great. The front unit was replaced in 2024 with a Coleman-Mach 15k btu, and the rear is original 15k BTU Dometic.
Currently set up for a gooseneck hitch with the Reese 16K Goose Box adapter. Original pin box is not included, so youll need a gooseneck ball hitch (2-5/16") or your own pin box. Easy swap for anyone set up for it.
Red Anderson Hitches jack supports included. They take stress off the leveling jacks with the gooseneck setup.
Batteries replaced in July 2026

Condition and notes

Clean inside and out. Normal wear for a 2015, and everything works as it should unless noted below.
The awning and the large slide topper each have a small tear. Both work fine.
Four Goodyear Endurance tires, DOT dates 2021 to 2023, good tread, no sidewall cracking. Goodyear Endurance Spare tire has a DOT code from 2020, but has been stored inside the coach and looks good.
Roof vent lid was lost in a windstorm and replaced. Eternabond tape strips used as a temporary hold-down are still on the roof, there was no water intrusion. We were camping in the rig when it happened.
The outdoor kitchen originally had a grill and fridge. Both had stopped working and were removed, leaving open counter space for a gas griddle or grill. We carried our griddle and electric cooler back there.
Included: Leveling blocks, sewer hoses, fire extinguishers, a few mats and rugs.
