Third owner, purchased in 2021. Triton V10 with 46k miles. The roof has been sealed every year, and 6 new tires were installed in 2023. Brakes and serpentine belt were done in 2022; the awning is manual with no rips. New engine battery. The dinette doesn't convert into a bed; the microwave works, but the display cuts in and out. Needs a new blower for the cab AC. Everything else works as it should. No leaks. I have all the documents from the first and second owners.
