2025 Sunset Park RV 16BH SPORT SOLAR Only 12 Nights Used Better Than New.

We purchased this 2025 Sunset Park RV 16BH SPORT brand-new in March 2025 to see if we would enjoy camping. Well, it turns out we LOVE camping! In fact, we enjoyed it so much that we're planning a five-month adventure through Alaska and the Yukon in the spring of 2027. We quickly realized that this camper, while fantastic for shorter trips, was just too small for the extended travel and ruggedness of the extreme north we have in mind. We've since purchased a 2026 Ford F-350 and a Lance camper, so our 16BH SPORT needs to find a new home.

This camper is 16 feet long, sleeps four (2 adults and 2 Children or 3 adults), and has been used for only 12 nights. It is in exceptional condition, and I honestly believe it's better than new. Anyone who has purchased a brand-new RV knows they often come with little quirks and things that need to be adjusted, repaired, or upgraded before everything is just right. We've already taken care of those things. One of the improvements we made was upgrading the original factory (Cheap) suspension springs with better-quality Dexter springs. The camper also comes equipped with 100W roof-mounted solar panel for off-grid camping, off-road tires, and a brand-new August 2026 DieHard battery. Heat, stove, water heater run off two propane gas tanks with the optional fuel gauge installed. The refrigerator with freezer holds a ton of stuff. Everything works perfectly, and the air conditioning blows ice cold. In fact, we've never even used the shower, stove, or oven.

All the upgrades are over $1000. We're also including another $600 worth of extras that we've purchased along the way, including the camper power surge protector cord, black water hoses and numerous other useful camping accessories. There are simply too many extras to list here, but everything is included in the asking price. The owner's manual is included as well, and the camper is currently winterized.

One thing I want to emphasize is that I'm not just selling the camper and handing over the keys. I'll gladly spend time with the new owner going over everything (if you like), explaining how it all works, and answering any questions. I remember what it was like being new to camping 30 years ago, and I want the next owner to feel comfortable and confident heading out on their own adventures.

We're asking $15,200, and clean title is in hand. We're in no hurry to sell, so please, serious inquiries only and no lowball offers. This is an exceptionally clean, very lightly used camper with valuable upgrades and extras already included. If you're looking for a great super nice looking travel trailer without the usual new-camper headaches, this one is worth seeing. We have truly enjoyed it, and the only reason we're selling is that our travel plans have grown bigger than our camper!
