We are selling our 2021 Winnebago Minnie Winnie 31H Class C motorhome. This has been a fantastic family RV with an incredibly functional floorplan, tons of sleeping space, and plenty of room to comfortably travel and camp without everyone being on top of one another.

One of our favorite things about the 31H floorplan is that six people can sleep in actual beds without converting the dinette or sofa every night. With the rear queen bedroom, two permanent bunks, and large cab-over bed, everyone can have their own sleeping space while still leaving the living area usable.

CONDITION & MAINTENANCE
The RV is in very good overall condition and has been well cared for.
The roof and one A/C unit were replaced following storm damage. There was no interior damage and no water intrusion or leaking associated with the damage. The repairs were professionally completed.
One slide-out awning/topper was also replaced after a mechanical failure.
There are a few minor exterior scratches/dings consistent with normal use of a motorhome, but nothing we consider significant or particularly noticeable. Please see photos for overall condition.
The interior has been well maintained and cared for and the motorhome is ready for its next family and adventures.

WHY WE LOVE THE 31H FLOORPLAN
If you're shopping for a family Class C, the 31H floorplan is hard to beat. You get a private rear bedroom, permanent bunks, cab-over sleeping, two slides, a full bathroom, a large kitchen and a comfortable living area. You don't have to tear apart the living space every evening just to put everyone to bed.
It's especially great for families, grandparents traveling with grandchildren, sporting-event travel, long road trips or extended camping.

WHY WE ARE SELLING
Unfortunately, at this stage in our lives, we have found that we simply do not have enough time to use the motorhome as much as we would like or enough to justify keeping it. Rather than have it sit unused, we would much rather see it go to an individual or family who will truly enjoy it, travel in it, and make wonderful memories of their own.
We have also rented the motorhome in the past and found that to be a lucrative way to help offset the costs of RV ownership. For us, however, managing rentals now requires more time and attention than we are able to commit. A new owner who is interested in renting it when they are not using it may want to explore that option as a potential way to help offset some of the ongoing costs of owning an RV.
