RV Description
This 2016 leisure travel unity MB has more upgrades than you can ever imagine.
It has a brand new set of $4000 recliners from Lambright in Indiana.
It has new solar panels.
All the shower door seals have been replaced.
It has new belts.
New skylight.
New air-conditioning.
New main vent in living area, new Faucets and UV system. Built-in soap dispenser in bathroom and kitchen.
It has the magna shade system for the windows of the cab
It has a slide out awning
It has a brand new door handle digital lock as well with key
It comes with hoses and filters just put your clothes and food in and take off.
I just changed the oil recently.
It has a TPMS system from TireMinder I added.
It has as you can see a few scratches on the right rear upper from the previous owner who got too close to his garage gutters. It is not gouged into the body just scratches.
I just replaced the propane regulator.
I added maxxair vent covers as well.
My wife and I added some bamboo wall covering because their was a few wrinkles in the wall paper (not from leaks) and we wanted to cover up the ugly trim etc that was put it back in 2016 by factory plus the window trims were updated.
It has stabilizing jacks but not leveling jacks.
We never needed them. I used two yellow ramps that were easy and quick if I needed to adjust.
We did carry our two small dogs with us .So there has been animals in it. But it is very clean
As a former RV dealer since retired, I have done everything possible to add to this motorhome to make it as luxurious as possible
There has never been any leaks and when I changed the skylight, etc. I used a turn on tape to seal every opening on the roof possible
It rides very comfortable and averaged on 1000 mile trip about 18 or 19 miles per gallon
If you have any other questions about it, please feel free to contact me and I will get you pictures of whatever else you might need to see
The insurance company has this valued at 92,000+
I am offering someone a deal at 79900.00
