2026 Brinkley Z3600 Fifth Wheel Private Sale Immaculate Condition Climate-Controlled Storage

I'm selling my 2026 Brinkley Z3600 fifth wheel, a premium RV with several desirable upgrades already completed. This is a private-party sale, and the RV is in immaculate condition.

One of the biggest advantages is that this RV has been stored in my climate-controlled RV garage. It has been protected from the extreme heat, sun, weather, and other outdoor elements, and it shows. If you've been looking for a newer Brinkley that has been exceptionally well cared for, this is one you should see.

Why I'm Selling

The reason I'm selling is simply a change in our retirement plans. My wife has decided to postpone her retirement and continue working for a couple more years. With our plans changing, I don't really have a need for the fifth wheel right now, and I hate the thought of having such a nice RV sitting in my garage collecting dust.

Rather than letting it sit unused, I'd rather see it go to someone who can actually get out there and enjoy it. There is nothing wrong with the RV and no problem that is forcing the sale our plans simply changed.

Upgrades & Options

- Gen-Y upgraded hitch
- Dual-pane windows
- Additional battery
- Two MaxxAir vent covers

The Gen-Y hitch is a worthwhile towing upgrade. The dual-pane windows provide additional insulation, helping with temperature control and reducing outside noise. The additional battery provides increased onboard battery capacity, while the two MaxxAir vent covers protect the roof vents from the elements while allowing ventilation.

These upgrades are already installed, saving the next owner the expense, time, and hassle of adding them later.

About the Brinkley Z3600

The Brinkley Z3600 is a premium fifth wheel with a modern residential feel, thoughtful design, quality finishes, and comfortable living space. It's an excellent choice for weekend getaways, extended vacations, snowbirding, or longer RV adventures.

If you've been searching for a 2026 Brinkley Z3600, Brinkley luxury fifth wheel, premium fifth wheel RV, or upgraded fifth wheel camper, this is an opportunity to purchase directly from a private owner.

Potential Tax Savings for the Buyer

Another potential advantage of a private-party purchase is the tax treatment. Arizona generally does not impose use tax on casual or private-party vehicle sales, which may offer significant savings compared with purchasing a similar RV from a dealer.

Other states may have exemptions or different tax rules for private-party RV purchases. Tax treatment varies by state, so buyers should verify the applicable sales tax, use tax, and registration requirements with their state's revenue or motor vehicle department.

The Bottom Line

2026 Brinkley Z3600 privately owned, immaculately maintained, and stored in a climate-controlled RV garage.

Upgrades include:

- Gen-Y upgraded hitch
- Dual-pane windows
- Additional battery
- Two MaxxAir vent covers

I'm selling because our retirement plans have changed, not because I need to get rid of a problem. I'd much rather see someone enjoying this beautiful fifth wheel than have it sitting in my garage unused.

If you're serious about finding a 2026 Brinkley Z3600 in exceptional condition, come take a look. I think you'll appreciate how well this RV has been cared for.

Serious inquiries welcome.
