This is a former prototype, promotional show RV. Its extremely customized, packed full of features and the only one of its kind in existence.

There is a lot to go over so please read this listing in its entirety before asking questions. I will do my best to answer it's FAQs below.

Now let's take a deeper dive into all of its features.

THROUGHOUT THE RIG
One of the best parts of this RV is it's 36K BTU, 4-head residential mini split air conditioning system. The system is virtually silent which is a wonderful departure from how loud standard RV ACs are. Even with the dark exterior, this system will freeze you out. Ive been able to wear a sweatshirt inside when its 114° outside while the rig was sitting in full sun. It's wildly impressive.

The flooring is a high-end sheet vinyl that saves on weight and prevents seams from opening or buckling. All of the windows have electric roller shades that are operated with remote controls. The paint that was used is Sherwin Williams ScuffX. It very good quality and commonly used in high traffic commercial spaces like hospitals.

BEDROOM
The bedroom features washer/dryer hook ups and the machines come with the rig. They've had minimal use. The custom closet features two pull out laundry hampers, a shoe closet, ample hang up space with a floor to ceiling section for long coats and dresses. There is a TV on a lift, full length mirror and a slider door into the bathroom making the bedroom feel much bigger. The custom bed frame features two dog beds. It's a wonderful space-saving feature and the pups love having a cozy nook. There is beautiful, dimmable warm-tone accent lighting built into the ceiling, edges of the headboard and around the bedframe. It sets a calming mood as you wind down for the night.

BATHROOM
The crowning jewel of the bathroom is a residential soaking bathtub. The tankless water heater powerful enough to make the water too hot for you to get in. Above the bathtub is a trey ceiling with beautiful warm accent lights to set a cozy vibe during a relaxing bath. The vanity mirror is lit and the vanity features all custom built cabinetry. The vanity base has 7 drawers with built in trash and toilet paper drawers. The medicine cabinet door slides open so it does not obstruct the mirror when it's open. It features adjustable height shelves, two outlets for charging toothbrushes or razors, and hidden pockets to tuck the excess charging cords into.

LIVING ROOM
The living room features a queen size sleeper sofa, giant picture windows, projector tv and large Bose sound bar. Two drop zone benches provide extra seating for conversations in the living room as well as a convenient way to take shoes on and off. One of the benches has storage underneath and houses the Bose subwoofer. Similar to the bedroom, the living room has two dog beds tucked away into a cozy nook.

KITCHEN
Some of the rig's most memorable features are found in the kitchen. The crowd-favorite when it was in shows was always the hidden appliance garage. At the touch of a button, the tile backsplash raises up revealing all of the small appliances like a coffee maker, blender, air fryer and toaster. Another crowd favorite was the residential dishwasher. It's a simple but very convenient feature! The 3-burner gas cooktop is complemented with a pot filling faucet and a custom-built hood vent disguised as a shelf. There is a residential microwave convection-oven combo, built in step ladder, trash drawer, large drawer for pots and pans as well as adjustable height shelves in all upper cabinets.

SIDE PATIO
Even the side patio is packed full of features. It has a reverse-image projector tv that displays through a window. There is an outdoor fireplace, Kicker Audio system and of course an insulated doggie door for our furry friends.


GARAGE
Depending on where you measure from, the garage is 8 - 11 feet deep making it a great size to haul smaller toys, gear or used an office. There is a large flip up desk that is accented with modern lighting and 2 outlets. The dovetail was raised to be flush with the rest of the flooring giving you an extra 16" of usable floor space. The rear patio is accessable through the 3 season patio doors. One of the rigs most unique features is that the garage houses all of the solar components. This keeps them climate controlled and operating at peak performance. Another reason for placing them there was to get the heavy batteries over the axles. It's the best place for a lot of weight. Above the solar components is a deep storage cabinet ready to house all your gear.

SOLAR
The roof features 22 bifacial panels that are 225 watts each giving it a total of 4,950 watts. It has six Battleborn GameChanger 3.0 batteries that are 270 amp hours each for a total of 1620 amp hours. It is a 12 volt system, has two 3000 watt inverters and four 250/100 MPPT charge controllers. All of the components are Victron brand.

OUTSIDE:
The exterior features a custom full body paint job. The awnings are smart awnings and have wind sensors that automatically bring the awnings in if too much wind is detected. They also have controls on the arms which makes controlling the rear awning from the side patio very convenient. There are two cargo doors in the middle of the rig that reveal the large outdoor Kicker Audio system with 4 speakers, a bass and an amp. This system is separate from the Kicker Audio system on the side patio. The suspension is the upgraded CenterPoint air ride system which helps significantly with absorbing road shock. All of the windows are custom built with radius cutouts and square-glass overlays. This gives the look of modern windows but without the square cutouts potentially causing fiberglass cracks.

Because it was built with Keystone, it was weighed and tagged after it's customization and solar install. This means all of the new weight is accounted for in the dry weight and the listed CCC is the true carrying capacity.

HISTORY
It was built in conjunction with Keystone RV Company, Lippert Components and my business, customized RV interiors. It purpose was to go to shows and be a promotional piece for all companies for 2024 and 2025. Now that the rig's original mission is complete, it's time for it to start a new season of life.
