I am selling a 2019 Northwood Wolf Creek 850. I am the sole owner. Did some boondocking in it about 6 months before the pandemic and then lived in it the last 2 years off-grid. I moved to a new place and no longer have room or time to do some fixing and upgrades to the camper. I will detail the list of fixes below. The camper can still be used as-is if a better patch is put on the roof.

Advent Air RV Air Conditioner System - Manual - 13,500 Btu - White (does include a soft start module, camper is already pre-wired for AC)

* 900watt microwave

* Upgraded batteries: 2x 100AH lipoe4

* Added 1,000 watt inverter for use when not using shore power.

* Upgraded solar panel 170watt panel. Replaces 20watt panel from factory. (Not installed yet)

* A TV mount which can be added in the over cab area. (Not installed yet)

* Renogy 500amp shunt installed. With wired battery monitor (monitor not installed in camper, but can be connected externally when needed)

Items to fix
* Roof damage. The original mushroom antennae was torn off during a storm. I added a temporary patch and have had the camper under a canopy since then. No internal water damage. The rest of the roof is still good and should last a good while based on manufacturer specs. I had planned to redo the entire roof and new solar panel and AC unit.

* Screen door handle removed (Metal fatigue for screws in the door)

* Door latch plate needs replacement.

* Fuse replacement for carbon monoxide detector and test detectors.

* Storage bumper damage on one side from backing into a pole.
