Outside electric awning system, with entertainment TV and stereo. Ford Triton V-10 gasoline motor runs strong with fresh oil change. Coach batteries are brand new. Water heater is gas and electric, works great. gas range. Onan RV QG 500 generator with less than 100 hours. LCI electronic leveling system. Roof has been recently resealed, no leaks. All systems work, there is no deferred maintenance items. This year I have spent approximately $20,000 on repairs, preventative maintenance, and small upgrades.
