• 2025 CAMPSITE RESERVE 16SW

2025 Forest River Campsite Reserve 16SW Park Model Tiny House has never been used! Great deal, priced to sell! We bought this last year to be used on our property for wellness stays, but life went in a different direction. It literally has never been stayed in or used and was covered half the time. We decorated and adjusted some furniture to make it more comfortable and function for living. We are showing it in the photos both ways, so you can see options depending on how you want to use it. Alll the original furniture and appliances are included.

ADD-ONS-
- We had a professional add an 18 gallon hot water heater installed in addition to the on demand hot water heater so that it could be used in the winter without freezing- (On Demand water heaters are very difficult to keep from freezing, even with water dripping, so if you want to use this in the winter, the hot water heater is they way to go) But we did not remove the on demand so super easy if you prefer to switch back. Comes with a brand new all in-one washer/dryer that we removed to make space for the water heater. Again, no plumbing was changed so we can easily remove the hot water tank and put the washer dryer back, depending on how you want to use the park model tiny house.
- Propane tanks self regulator so you never run out of propane
- High End full size memory mattress for both comfort and to make more space in the master. It only came with some king size foam, not even a mattress, but the space can fit a queen or king if you prefer.
-5 year, $1500 extended warranty- transferrable
-Lippert collapsing Rv roof ladder and loft ladder- $600 value
