2023 Holiday Rambler Vacationer 35K | ONLY 2,754 MILES | LOADED | LIKE NEW

One-owner 2023 Holiday Rambler Vacationer 35K with ONLY 2,754 actual miles. This 36'3" luxury Class A has been exceptionally lightly used, meticulously cared for, stored indoors during the winter months, and remains in like-new condition inside and out.

We purchased the coach new in 2024 with plans to travel, took one trip to Florida, and quickly realized that owning multiple businesses simply doesn't leave us enough time to travel. It has seen very little use since.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with this motorhome. We simply don't have the time to use it.

The numbers show just how lightly this coach has been used:

2,754 actual miles | 81 total engine hours | 29 idle hours | 124.5 generator hours | Fresh oil change

The highly desirable Luxury 35K bath-and-a-half floor plan offers an incredible amount of living space, including multiple slide-outs, a private king bedroom, full rear bath with large seated shower, additional half bath, Hide-A-Loft bunk and abundant interior and exterior storage.

We've also invested in desirable upgrades, including a washer and dryer in the bedroom, solar, retractable power cord system and interior/exterior protective coating.

If you've been considering a newer luxury Class A but don't want to pay the price of a brand-new coach, this Vacationer 35K deserves a look.

Serious inquiries welcome. We're happy to answer questions, provide additional photos/video or arrange an in-person showing.

Reason for selling: Our businesses keep us extremely busy and we simply don't have the time to travel. We'd much rather see someone making memories with this beautiful coach than continue watching it sit unused.

No trades selling only.
