Coverage is currently scheduled through approximately September 2028, offering the next owner additional protection after purchase.

Site Lease Option:

The RV is currently set up on a private residential lakefront site in Lutz, FL. It can be purchased and moved to the buyers location, or the current site may be available under a separate lease directly with the landowner, subject to landlord approval. Any continued use of the property would be a separate agreement between the purchaser and landowner and is not included in the RV sale price.

Existing Lien:
