RV Description
We are the original owner, low milage, used for occasional trips, non-smokers, all cooking has been done outside to avoid foul odors, interior is very clean and is in extremely good condition, is kept under a covered bay, has had regular oil changes and maintenance kept up. Includes a 30 amp hookup; Onan Generator; AC unit; solar panel on roof for boondocking; fridge unit; a thirty (30) gallon freshwater tank; a three (3) gallon propane tank for heat; water heater; and stove top. The smoke and CO detectors and all on board functions are in good working order. Owner had a Rear ASAM Air Spring Kit and tow haul package installed. This RV also features a very useful six (6) foot by eight-teen (18) inch extended storage space between the bed area and back doors as well as plentiful storage spaces throughout the rig. Also included are all the owner manuals and guides; several sets of original keys. This RV has not been in any accidents nor has any major damage. However, there are two small dings: one on rear door due to a rock; and one on the sliding passenger door due to unknown cause. Drives smooth, parks easily and very comfortable to travel in.
