Coach has always been expertly maintained and cared for. In the last year I completely went through coach updating and modernizing everything. I replaced all items that showed any wear. I well in excess of $20,000 expecting to utilize coach for many years to come. I have receipts for everything. Some health issues have required we redirect and discontinue traveling. Everything works perfectly. Motorhome is completely turnkey with no nagging maintenance or inoperable issues. Coach has always been covered or in a garage.

Top to bottom here are the major items completed in last year.

*All Dicor sealant removed from every seam and every opening on roof and new Dicor applied ($3,500). TPO membrane roof is in excellent condition with no tears or blemishes. It has maintained its brilliant white color and condition with no leaks due to the motorhome always inside or covered.

*New shower skylight and new roof vent with electric opening and closing and fan $300).

*New driver and passenger overhead fans ($300).

*New windshield ($3,000).

*Two new smart 32 TVs with coach set up for Star link ($450).

*New awning ($760).

*New blue ox tow bar included ($750).

*Two new interstate house batteries, new starter battery ($600).

*New Safe T Plus steering control stabilizer ($1,220).

*Complete Ford 454 engine tune up including plugs, air filter, oil change, coolant flush, new transmission filter, flush, and change, all vacuum lines replaced, dash A/C recharged, and all brake lines flushed and reservoir refilled ($2,745). No engine or transmission leaks.

*All tires replaced ($2,578).

*Two new leveling jacks that had a small leak ($600).

*New Norcold refrigerator/freezer installed ($2,600).

*Two sets of new bedding.

Exterior clear coat is in good shape, all interior excellent condition. Cummins 5500 watt gas generator with remote start from drivers dash. Generator oil and filter changed annually. Last change 6 hours ago. Extra oil filters for both Ford engine and generator included. Just 223 hours on generator.

Eighty gallons of fresh water. Eighty gallons of fuel. Fifty gallon gray water holding tank and 30 gallons black water holding tank.

Two slides, One large 15 foot slide in main living area and one slide in master suite.

AM/FM CD with Bluetooth.

Rear vision camera.

50 amp service.

Two 15,000 BTU roof A/C units upgraded from 13,500 BTU in 2023.

Automatic leveling jacks.

Queen bed in rear and hide a bed in living area. Dinette also converts into a bed. Sleeps 6-8.

Microwave, 3 burner propane cooktop, propane oven.

Double sink in kitchen with new hardware. New shower hardware.

Pull down blinds all windows. Privacy curtain across front of coach.

Central ducted A/C and heat all thermostatically controlled with dual thermostats for living area and master suite.

Coach has an exceptional amount of pass through storage under the floor all accessed from the outside. There are 10 separate storage doors on coach, 5 on each side.
