National RV Inspection Association Inspector performed a five hour inspection that looked at every little detail in August 2026 from the Cabin, and Under the Hood, to Underneath ( Power EQ leveling jacks, suspension, shocks, sewage system). Everything checked out except lead acid batteries were four years old, and although holding power, inspector suggested replacing. I upgraded to new AGM longer lasting, No-Maintenance batteries and added new Bluetooth GoPower Solar Controller.

Owner purchased with 3500 miles on it from Elkhart Indiana dealer in December 2021. Basically moved from winter storage to full time living spot, jacked down and plugged into shore power in summers in Montana. Then moved to San Diego indoor storage where its now used for short jaunts to Desert in winter. Very limited road miles except for moving it from purchase place in IN to MT via FL and AZ and CA the first winter. MT miles were from annual maintenance trips to/from Mercedes Dealership 300 miles away from home base, and
to/from Camping World Service 250 miles away..

Mercedes Benz oil changes and scheduled maintenance always done on-time. Detailed records in the rig. Schedule A done June 2026 at 29,986 miles (NO open recalls).

Other 2026 upgrades: Heavy Duty Aluminum Hitch Rack with key-matched Master Lock Hitch Pins for two-inch receiver. Solar trickle charger for chassis battery. Other Upgrades done in last two years: Ceramic Coating of entire rig and Fox Heavy Duty Shocks, new Seven-pin round blade trailer connector pre-wired for auxiliary power, lights, and electric brakes.
