• 2021 SUNSEEKER 2350LE

We are selling our motor home after just over a year of ownership, we purchased from Lichtsinn RV in Iowa. It has been well maintained and stored indoors during winters. We could include the option for heated storage at our home for this winter. The previous owner also kept it stored indoors, so it has had consistent care throughout its life.

We are selling because our familys plans have changed, and we will no longer need the motor home. It has no history of accidents or damage, and everything functions as expected. Tires are in decent condition, and there is a new spare tire included. The only known issue is that one of the left rear TPMS sensors is beginning to fail.

The asking price is $45,500, which is $3,000 below our current loan balance. A dealership in Duluth, MN appraised it at $47,500 and indicated they would list it for around $55,000 on consignment, which reflects its overall market value and condition.

We are happy to provide additional photos or answer any questions. Please reach out by message, text, or call 715-969-4446.
