A Campervan That Fits Into Everyday Life

The advantage of the Transit Connect Mini-T is its size. At approximately 80 inches tall with its roof equipment and 189.7 inches long, this Mini-T fits in a standard 7-foot residential garage and standard parking spaces. It can also use most standard car washes where clearance permits.

Garageability can be especially valuable for travelers living in neighborhoods or communities with restrictions on outdoor RV parking such as many HOA's (Home Owners Associations). Rather than finding separate storage for a traditional motorhome, the Mini-T can often be kept at home inside the garage, protected from the weather and ready for the next trip.

City streets, grocery-store parking lots, scenic roads, ferry crossings, campground roads, and ordinary fuel stops remain easy to navigate. 

Comfort for Two

 There is comfortable sleeping space for two, under-bed storage for travel and camping gear, a sink, a highly efficient compressor refrigerator,  TV/DVD combination, long-range over-the-air TV antenna, and microwave.

An awning provides a convenient way to add shade alongside the campervan when you want to spend more time outdoors. It is another simple feature that makes the Mini-T comfortable at a campground, picnic area, or wherever your travels give you a reason to stop for a while.

Vinyl flooring makes the interior easy to maintain while traveling. Limo-tinted windows and a front privacy curtain provide privacy when camping, while side-window screens and a 10-speed reversible roof fan allow additional ventilation and help keep insects outside. 

Off-Grid Power Without a Generator

This campervan includes dual house batteries, solar charging, a 2000W maximum inverter, and 120V capability for off-grid use. The microwave and other appropriate 120V equipment can be operated from the campervan electrical system without requiring a generator.

When shore power is available, the Mini-T can also connect to an external 120V power source using the included shore-power cord. Together, the house batteries, solar support, inverter, and shore-power capability give travelers several ways to manage their electrical needs depending on where and how they are camping.

Comfort and Driver Technology

Because this Mini-T is manufactured on the Ford Transit Connect platform, with the fuel -efficient 2.0L 4cyl. engine, fuel economy  is 24-29mpg, and the Driver-assistance and safety equipment includes built-in navigation, a large rear-view camera,
