• 2019 MPG ULTRA-LITE 2550RB

Attention DIYers, flippers, and handy campers! Up for sale is a 2019 Cruiser RV MPG Ultra-Lite 2550RB travel trailer. This highly sought-after floor plan is being sold strictly AS-IS due to a localized section of water damage, offering an incredible opportunity to get a premium, lightweight RV at a heavily discounted price.
️ Project Details & Structural Condition: There is an approximate 11' x 2' area of water damage located in the main living room floor. The subfloor in this specific area will need to be cut out and replaced. The slide-out is not damaged, but it will likely need to be removed in order to repair the damaged area. The Structure is Solid: the roof, exterior walls, and slide-out mechanism are all fine, intact, and undamaged. Everything is in working condition. Source of Water damage: The moisture was likely coming in from underneath the rig (possibly from the wheel well while driving in rain). Moisture did not appear to be coming from the roof or a window leak, keeping the overhead structure clean and sound.
Premium Layout Highlights (What makes this RV worth it):Aside from the floor repair, this premium travel trailer is packed with amenities that make the project incredibly worthwhile:
Rear Bath: Features his-and-hers double sinks, ample storage, a spacious walk-in shower.
Outdoor Kitchen: exterior two-burner cooktop, refrigerator, plumbed-in sink, and external speakers under a power awning.
Spacious Layout: A deep slide-out opens up the living space, housing a large U-shaped dinette and comfortable sofa layout.
Master Bedroom: Up front, featuring a king-size bed (with an upgraded Dynasty Mattress and topper) and dual wardrobes.
Premium Build: High-gloss fiberglass exterior with a painted, clear-coated molded fiberglass front cap.
