The trailer includes a permanent bed, convertible dinette, full wet bath, kitchen with two-burner cooktop, microwave, refrigerator, television, air conditioning, awning and extensive interior storage.

The trailer was protected by a cover until the cover tore recently. For a purchase completed at the full $17,900 asking price within 14 days of the listing date, the seller will order a new PahaQue cover for the buyer following completion of the sale.

Please note that the countertop covering has a wrinkle that could be corrected by installing a new surface skin. This is disclosed for transparency and does not prevent use of the countertop.

The trailer is located in a secured storage yard in the Rocklin, California area. Showings must be coordinated in advance so the seller can meet prospective buyers at the storage facility. The buyer will be responsible for towing and removing the trailer following purchase.
