2008 Forest River Wildcat 28RKBS $15,900 OBO

Well-maintained and updated Wildcat 28RKBS with a spacious two-slide, rear-kitchen floorplan. This fifth wheel has been actively used and maintained rather than sitting in storage, and it is freshly cleaned and ready for its next owner.

I have personally lived in the trailer for the past four years and know its systems and condition well. The roof is solid with no known leaks or soft spots, and there is no evidence of water intrusion inside the trailer.

The interior has been updated while retaining the original wood cabinetry and extensive built-in storage. Updates include new flooring throughout the main living area, white-painted interior walls, LED lighting, an upgraded kitchen faucet, ceramic toilet, and a new 10 cu. ft. all-electric 12V refrigerator/freezer.

The rear-kitchen layout provides a surprisingly large living area for a fifth wheel of this size. The bedroom features a walk-around queen bed platform, large mirrored wardrobe, drawers, cabinets, and additional storage. The bathroom includes a separate toilet room, vanity, and corner shower.

Additional equipment includes a whole-RV water softener, waste macerator pump, and a pair of stabilizer jacks for the large slide-out.

The hydraulic slide-outs are operational. The air conditioning, furnace, refrigerator, microwave, stove/oven, plumbing, and other major systems are also operational and can be demonstrated for a serious buyer.

The tires are approximately four years old but have only about 300 miles of road use. The trailer has remained parked almost continuously since they were installed, with the tires kept mostly out of direct sunlight.

Some windows shown in the photos have an opaque privacy covering. This is removable static-cling film, not permanently frosted glass, and can easily be removed to expose the clear windows underneath.

The exterior shows normal cosmetic aging for a 2008, particularly fading and deterioration of some of the original graphics. I've intentionally shown the exterior condition clearly in the photos rather than trying to hide its age. The interior, however, has been updated, maintained, and presents very well.

This would be a good option for someone looking for a spacious fifth wheel for travel, seasonal use, extended stays, or full-time living without the cost of a newer RV.
