This 38ft 9in Winnebago Itasca Suncruiser is powered by a Workhorse Chassis V8 8.1L GM/Vortec gas engine with 6 speed Allison auto transmission. Mileage is 57,645. Life expectancy of the engine is 200,000 miles. It starts easily and runs smoothly. It has ample power to climb the mountains. Central heat/air. 5500 watt Onan gas generator. 5000lb hitch. HWH Auto hydraulic jack leveling system and 3 slideouts. Fresh Water 75 gal, Holding Tanks 51 and 54 gal, Propane 28 gal, Gas 92 gal. 5000lb hitch. The basement storage bins are large. There is a large awning and the 3 slideout covers (renewed). Power entry steps on the stairs. Drivers door. All manuals are included. It was purchased new with options from Bleakley RV in Douglasville, GA for $157,000 in 2005 dollars. I paid $5000 in additional improvements and maintenance. The Itasca Suncruiser 38J with it's home-like floor plan is by far the best configured motor home. The spacious living room/kitchen area created with the opposing 2 slides out is a huge 12ft X 12ft (total area 12ft X 20ft) makes it very comfortable for a weekend, a week or a whole season. The living room has a 50" Samsung smart tv and a new sofa with 2 recliners built in. A Sony DVD player and a Pioneer 6 CD player with 5 speakers. There is a fantastic fan in the living room. A dining table with 2 fold-down leafs and 2 padded chairs expands as needed. The food prep area has Corian counters, a 3 burner gas cooktop, gas oven, and a large microwave/convection oven. It's upgraded to a full size SS 4 door refrigerator/freezer. The kitchen double sink has a quality expandible faucet and more Corian counter space. A roll out food pantry, and multiple storage cabinets including a lazy susan.

A large shower with textured glass door, skylight and fold-down seat, the separate private commode with door, window, and fantastic fan and the Corian bathroom sink with triple mirror are ideal. The new 60btu on-demand water heater means there is unlimited hot water. The his/her adjustable Select Comfort queen bed is great for comfortable sleep and solves back issues. The bedroom slideout allows access to both sides of the bed. There is a bedroom ceiling fan, 20" color tv and multiple reading lights. The large cedar wardrobe has auto lighting and the washer/dryer combo is great to have in house. There is a sliding door to seal off the bedroom/bath area from the kitchen/living room.

I have a tow dolly that is in good condition with tie down straps that I will sell with the rv at an additional cost.
